Hours: 35–40 hours per week

SI Forestry Management, LLC is looking for 4 hard-working people to join our team. We work in forests and natural areas across Southern Illinois. Our job is to help keep forests healthy by removing unwanted trees, brush, and plants.

What You Will Do:

• Use chainsaws to cut small trees and brush.
• Cut and clear unwanted trees and plants.
• Use herbicides (weed killers) to stop unwanted plants from growing back.
• Help protect forests and natural areas.
• Walk and work in the woods on rough ground.
• Follow safety rules and work as part of a team.

What We Are Looking For:

• People who enjoy working outdoors.
• People who can do hard, physical work.
• People who can work outside in all seasons, including hot, cold, and wet weather.
• People who are dependable and show up on time.
• People who can safely use chainsaws and other tools.
• Experience with chainsaws, forestry, or land clearing is a plus.
• Forestry students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
