THE OPPORTUNITY
Ocean Conservancy seeks an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive online revenue growth and supporter engagement as a key member of the digital marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & Platforms, this role is critical to achieving Ocean Conservancy’s $5MM digital fundraising goal and supporting its broader $50MM+ annual revenue target by developing transformative digital experiences that drive donor conversion and engagement.
In this role, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will leverage strategic campaign development, data-driven optimization, and hands-on execution to build sustainable digital revenue streams. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day digital fundraising operations—including integrated marketing campaign development, donation page optimization, donor segmentation, and performance analytics—while collaborating closely with the Director of Digital Marketing & Platforms to implement breakthrough multichannel strategies.
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about leveraging fundraising and storytelling to protect our ocean, thrives in both strategic planning and tactical execution, works effectively in CRM systems, uses data analytics to continuously improve performance and drive measurable results, and demonstrates strong ownership and personal accountability.
