Summer Camp Counselor | Wolf Ridge | Summer 2026

Looking for a summer job that’s more adventure than desk work? Spend your summer outdoors making a real impact as a Wolf Ridge Summer Camp Counselor!

Dates: June 15–August 15, 2026
Pay: $325/week (paid biweekly)

Requirements: 18+ years old
Perks: Lodging included + meals when dining hall is open

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor campers ages 3–18.
• Lead and participate in hikes, swimming, games, adventure ropes course, rock climbing, canoeing, skits, and more!
• Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive camp environment.
• Work alongside our team of Naturalists in an outdoor education setting.
• Serve as a positive role model and teammate.

Want more adventure? Some counselors will be selected as Wilderness Trip Counselors, helping with off-site overnight canoe, kayak, and backpacking trips in places like the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Isle Royale National Park. 

Preferred Skills: Experience with kids, camps, leadership, or an interest in nature and outdoor education.
