About the Role:

You’ll be the eyes on the ground, keeping our gardens, paths, and landscaping in top shape. We’re looking for someone who gets satisfaction from detail work, a peaceful setting, and staying on top of nature’s chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weed and maintain garden plots, walking paths, and perimeters
• Perform basic mulching, raking, or compost turning as needed
• Flag pest or plant health issues to the team
• Keep tools and storage tidy

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with solo outdoor work
• Enjoys repetitive detail tasks with visible results
• Reliable and willing to get a little dirty

Schedule:

8–10 hours per week, split however works best for you on weekdays
